Choosing group training in swimming comes with a range of benefits that go beyond the individual side of training. In a group you share the pool with like-minded swimmers, build a community and motivate each other through every session.

Group training has a social dynamic that makes sessions more engaging and fun — and it's inspiring to see others master new skills and develop right alongside you.

At the same time it's a great opportunity to explore different swim techniques in an environment that shares your interest in getting better in the water.
